Question: I have been working for one year for this employer but I found another job and want to leave immediately. Which is the fastest way to do this without having to pay compensation?
Answer: You can arrange with your employer to leave immediately based on mutual consent expressed in agreement (article 325, paragraph 1, point 1 of the Labour Code). You can also leave right away of any of the grounds pointed out in article 327 of the Labour Code apply to you.
